Copies of these consents are available for inspection at the Wentworth Shire Council Office – 61 Darling Street Wentworth between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday, except public holidays. This notice is made in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.59 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (EP&A Act). Note: Pursuant to Section 4.59 of the EP&A Act, any person may question the validity of any of these consents by commencing legal proceedings in the Land and Environmental Court within three months from the date of publication of this notice.
