Section 10.7

Formerly 149 Certificate

A Section 10.7 Certificate will provide you with information Wentworth Shire Council has on file about planning controls and other property matters that affect a particular piece of land.

There are two types of Section 10.7 Certificates available:

• A Section 10.7(2) Certificate nominates the zoning of the property, its relevant state, regional and local planning controls and other property matters such as land contamination, flooding and road widening. 
  
• A Section 10.7(2) and (5) Certificate provides the same information but also includes other factors such as current development consents, any non-compliance matters in relation to development approval or building/health items and information regarding the services available to the property.
