The 10 year Community Strategic Plan was developed following extensive community engagement and is endorsed by Council on behalf of the Community. To assist Council in preparing its response to the Community Strategic Plan, Council have developed a Resourcing Strategy, which includes a Long Term Financial Plan, an Asset Management Plan and a Workforce Management Plan. These documents help to directly inform the 4 year Delivery program, which sets out how Council will address each of the objectives that have been established within the Community Strategic Plan.
