Architecture/Environment:
A series of three rectangular buildings clad with corrugated iron connected by a corner facade constructed of brick. An original awning that extended the length of the facade has been partially removed. The building exhibits four timber 4/4 double hung windows.
History:
Part of the building is currently used as a butchery. The vacant portion was previously utilised as a theatre. The building is an important component of the Shire’s social history.
Recommendation:
Upgrade facade, reinstate replica awning.
