Venue Hire Information Booklet

Guidelines

Those hiring any of these facilities should be aware of six basic guidelines for hire:

  1. Selling of liquor in all venues is subject to approval by the NSW Office of Liquor, Gaming & Racing
  2. Smoking is PROHIBITED in all venues
  3. No furnishings or other chattels to be removed without prior Council approval
  4. All utilities to be turned off and building securely locked on departure
  5. Council is committed to embedding child safe practices across our services.  Anyone using a Wentworth Shire Council venue must abide by Council’s Child Safe Code of Conduct.
  6. The facility must be left clean and tidy

Please fill out the Initial Venue Booking Form and submit to Council. A Customer Service Officer will contact you to confirm your booking.
