Architecture/Environment:
The single storey structure has a stucco exterior and hipped roof with a front verandah supported by wooden posts. The roof is constructed of galvanised iron. The front of the building has two large bay windows areas consisting of four double hung windows in each bay. The building has two brick chimneys with horizontal and vertical reliefs. The dwelling is undergoing renovation and an extension has been added to the north side. The building is typical of structures erected during the Wentworth growth period evident towards the end of the nineteenth century.
