Architecture/Environment:
A single storey small brick cottage with low hipped roof and front verandah supported by iron columns. This early building is constructed with brick stock made in Wentworth. The wooden window cases are surrounded by arch vertical joints. Two slender brick chimneys with external vertical reliefs from the rear of the building. The dwelling is in original form, excluding the rear extension and renovated verandah.
