Statement of Heritage Significance:

Architecture/Environment:
An attractive weatherboard dwelling with a low hip roof clad with corrugated iron. A separate concave roof over a wrap around verandah is supported by chamfered posts. The entrance way is highlighted by two turned wooden posts. The arch panelled door is set in an attractive tripartite casement with carved lower side panels. An iron lace ornamental frieze decorates the verandah. Wooden brackets adorn the upper eaves. The house is set in a delightful small garden, shaded by large deciduous trees and the verandah is adorned with grape vines and climbing roses. The dwelling is a notable and attractive addition to the townscape and particularly compliments the nearby Rendlesham House.
