Architecture/Environment:
A single storey dwelling with stucco exterior in the bungalow style. The front gable has vertical timber fretwork. The adjacent verandah is supported by tapered cylindrical verandah pillars on blocks. The facade has matching wooden verandah brackets and similar decoration on the eaves of the front gable. There are decorative coloured window panels on the front portion. The adjoining garage has a raised parapet and built of similar materials. The exterior of the building and surrounding fence is in original condition.
