Shaping Our Future Together: Community Input Needed for the Wentworth Shire Council Economic Development Strategy 2024-2028
Council invites members of Wentworth Shire communities to contribute to the Economic Development Strategy for 2024-2028. This strategy is vital for enhancing the economic and social well-being of our communities, focusing on sustainable development for the benefit of all residents.
From General Manager, Ken Ross:
“Sustainable economic development is essential for a flourishing community. It’s about attracting and retaining businesses, creating jobs, and improving quality of life for all residents.”
Thanks to funding from the Department of Regional NSW, this initiative is a community-focused effort, encouraging input from residents, businesses, government, educational and employment services. Your perspectives are essential in shaping a strategy that meets the needs and aspirations of communities in the Shire.
