Development Services Officer (Planning) - R2017/40

Full Time Permanent Position

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and skilled town planner who is committed to achieving quality outcomes to compliment Council’s Health and Planning Division.

You will have the opportunity to assist with the development of various strategic planning documents to guide the future development needs of the Wentworth Shire Council. You will also provide professional guidance through development approval processes to ensure compliance with relevant planning instruments, codes and policy.

Position Description and Information for Applicants 

This position is subject to the satisfactory completion of a three month probation period and has a commencement salary of $67,953.60 per annum including superannuation. The successful applicant will be required to undergo a fit for work assessment.
