Public Hearing & Submissions Final Report
Council’s Draft Generic Plan of Management was placed on public exhibition for a period of 48 days in accordance with s.38 of the Local Government Act 1993. During this exhibition period the public was invited to a public hearing conducted by an external consultant Sandy Hoy from Parkland Planners and invited to make a submission in relation to the draft Generic Plan of Management. Other than those who attended the public exhibition, no other submissions were made,

Notice of public exhibition – Classification of Land – Wentworth Aerodrome

In accordance with Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993 (LGA), Wentworth Shire Council hereby gives notice of a proposed Council resolution, to classify the land described in the following schedule as Operational, pursuant to section 31 of the LGA Act 1993.

Legal Description: Part Lot 1 DP1323239
Locality: Wentworth
Purpose: Aerodrome runway extension

Submissions may be made in writing to the General Manager, Wentworth Shire Council, PO Box 81, Wentworth NSW 2648 or by email to council@wentworth.nsw.gov.au up to Saturday 27 June 2026.
