R2025/13 - Assets Officer

Full time permanent position

Wentworth Shire Council is seeking a suitable and motivated individual for the position of Assets Officer. Reporting to the Assets Coordinator, you will assist in the development of asset management plans, strategies and policies for Council’s infrastructure assets. The successful applicant will bring knowledge and experience in asset management within a government or similar organisation. The position requires a good balance of data analysis and communication skills.

 The position is subject to the satisfactory completion of a three-month probation period and has a commencement salary of $81,541.20 plus 11.5% superannuation. The successful applicant will be required to undergo a fit for work assessment along with a pre-employment drug and alcohol text.
