Wentworth Shire Council invites Aboriginal community members to take part in this FREE one-day Boating Safety Champion course. Gain valuable skills on and off the water, with expert-led theory and practical sessions designed to improve water safety and confidence.
Dates: Monday 7 April – Wednesday 9 April 2025
Location: Dareton CHAC Hall & Dareton Boat Ramp
Limited places available: 10 male adults, 10 female adults, 10 youth
Cost: FREE
Course Inclusions:
- Boating safety theory and practical training
- On-water experience
- Lunch & snacks provided
- FREE life jacket for every participant
- Opportunity to obtain a NSW Boat Licence (first-year fee waived)
