Online Payment Options
Wentworth Shire Council residents can now pay Council notices online!

You can pay your rates or water notice at your convenience using Postbillpay or Bpay.
Pay bills on the Internet or phone using your savings, cheque or credit card accounts (VISA, MasterCard or Bankcard)

To pay with POSTbillpay follow these simple steps:
To instantly pay your rates online, go to www.postbillpay.com.au.
For further instructions on what to do when you proceed to www.postbillpay.com.au, read on.
- Clicking on the www.postbillpay.com.au link will bring up the Postbillpay "Pay your paper bill now" webpage.
- You will see a form that looks like this:

- Enter the Billpay code and Reference Number found next to the POSTbillpay logo on your Council notice into the appropriate fileds in the above form.
- Enter the Net Amount Due on your notice into the Payment Amount field on the above form.
- Enter your Credit Card details into the form and click the "Submit Payment" button.
- Ensure you record the Payment ID provided by POSTbillpay after you have completed payment. The Payment ID is your transaction receipt.
To pay with BPAY follow these simple steps:
- Register for internet or phone banking with your financial institution, if you haven’t already. Find contact details for your financial institution here.
- Look for the distinctive BPAY logo on your bills.
- Log on to your internet banking site or call your phone banking service. Find contact details here.
- Select the BPAY or bill payment option and follow the simple instructions.
- Wait for and record your receipt number.
To pay more than one bill simply repeat the process as many times as you need.
