Notice of Exhibition of Rural Residential Strategy

(File No. L1/31 Job No. 1410-2246)  

The purpose of the Rural Residential Strategy is to assess the provision of rural residential lots within the Shire in order to determine if there is a need to rezone additional land for rural residential development.

The Strategy is now on public exhibition and submissions and comments are sought in relation to the draft plan.

Interested persons are invited to inspect the plan at the Council Offices, Adelaide Street Wentworth between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm weekdays.

Submissions will be received up to the close of business on the 3rd September 2007.
