| Wentworth Local Environment Plan (LEP) 1993Wentworth Local Environmental Plan 1993 (LEP 1993) is the second level environmental planning instrument made under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. There are two levels of instrument: the State Environmental Planning Policies known as SEPPs and Deemed SEPPs being the first level and the LEP being the second. Wentworth LEP 1993 has been in operation for over 16 years and a review of the LEP is in progress. In the event of inconsistency between the provisions of the Wentworth LEP 1993 and SEPPs, the provisions of SEPPs prevail. The LEP 1993 document and maps are hereto provided for your information.
