Peter Kenyon Workshops

Internationally renowned community enthusiast, Peter Kenyon is set to stimulate meaningful and lasting community change  when he visits the Wentworth  Shire  on November 16th and 17th.  

Mr Kenyon has worked with small communities across Australia including Hay and Gosford NSW and Swan Hill, Benalla, Buloke and Campaspe Shires.  The  Mayor of the Wentworth Shire, Margaret Thomson said today  that she was  delighted to have Mr Kenyon working with the Wentworth Shire to facilitate fresh and creative ways that stimulate community and economic renewal.  

Mayor Thomson said today that two community workshops had been arranged and she would personally like to encourage everyone from the community to come along a participate in the discussions.

 “The first session to be held on Monday 16th November at 7pm is about building a healthy and enterprising community , and the second session  which is a breakfast session on Tuesday the 17th is about becoming more than a dot on the map”, said Mayor Thomson.  Both events are being held at the Wentworth Grande Resort, and registration is required.
