Member Services
The following options are available in Member Services (though they may not all be activated at your Library):
Member Statement
View Messages from the Library
View Items on Loan
View Interlibrary Loan Requests
View Items on Hold awaiting collection
View Items Reserved
View Items on Permanent Loan
View your Account Status (fines and charges etc.)
Personal Details
View your current name, address and contact details
Update your name, address and contact details if required
Change your Login Password
Send an ILL Request
Email the Librarian
Note: There is also an option available to Libraries to setup a special page of Links to other Databases or relevant Web sites. This is setup per Member Category and libraries are able to also name the link that appears on the Member Services menubar, so there maybe another option on the menubar that is not listed here.
