Members of the Community and Industry are invited to nominate to provide input into the development of the Integrated Water Cycle Management Strategy for the Wentworth Shire.

This is a 30 year strategy looking at the future provision of – Water, Sewer and Stormwater services.

A planned strategic direction is required to ensure these services are affordable, cost effective, appropriately maintained to meet user needs; and to protect public health and the environment.

It is anticipated that the Group will be required to meet several times over the coming months.  An issues paper will be made available to Group Members.  Knowledge in water related issues would be an advantage.

Expressions of interest forms are available and should be completed and forwarded to Wentworth Shire Council either by mail to PO Box 81 Wentworth NSW 2648, or by email to council@wentworth.nsw.gov.au by close of business Monday 18 September 2017.

For further information regarding the process can be found at http://www.water/nsw/gov.au/urban-water/country-town/best-practice-management/integrated-water-cycle-management
