STATEMENT OF HERITAGE SIGNIFICANCE

Architecture/Environment:
A large shed with elevated floor. The structure which has a high hip roof , is entirely clad with corrugated iron sheeting. Located on the banks of the Murray River, which enabled easy transport of wool bales to barges.

History:
Moorna was one of the largest Stations in the Shire and the woolshed provided a height of activity in shearing season. The shed has been altered

Maintenance
