STATEMENT OF HERITAGE SIGNIFICANCE
Architecture/Environment:
A two storey rendered brick building. The ground floor has two large windows with four glass panes edged with obscured glass side panels. A large cast iron gate secures the covered entranceway. The upper storey is dominated by three panelled windows separated by ironic style columns. The intended windows sit on a half wall displaying simple moulded panels. Two large pilasters on either side of the second level support a plain parapet highlighted with a moulded string course. The structure is the only one of its style in the township and adds an unusual dominating feature to the main streetscape.
