STATEMENT OF HERITAGE SIGNIFICANCE
Architecture/Environment:
A weatherboard dwelling with high gamble roof clad with corrugated iron. The roof extends over a wrap around verandah which is partially enclosed. The verandah is supported by plain timber piers. The dwelling sits in timber posts providing slight elevation. The dwelling has remnants of an early colour scheme. It is situated in a prominent position, in viewing distance from the Curlwaa Store, and highlights the historical character of the immediate locality.
