STATEMENT OF HERITAGE SIGNIFICANCE
Architecture/Environment:
An attractive two storey brick building. The ground level facade is rendered. The balcony is decorated with uncharacteristic and new iron lace spandrels and balustrades. The building is an unusual addition to the main street. Which is largely comprised of single storey buildings and plain parapet walls. However its bulk and style compliment the adjacent two storey building and the new Crown Hotel opposite.
