STATEMENT OF HERITAGE SIGNIFICANCE

Architecture/Environment:

History:
An iron lift span bridge supported by cylindrical cement piers. The bridge replaced a punt. It is the only lift span bridge remaining in the Shire and is a significant reminder of the important river trade era within the Shire.

Recommendation:
Conservation by inclusion within Local Environmental Plan
