STATEMENT OF HERITAGE SIGNIFICANCE
Architecture/Environment:
A single storey brick federation style dwelling with high gambrel iron clad roof extending over a side and half front verandah. A high centre front gable has vertical timber fretwork. The verandah is supported by plain timber posts and adorned with timber braces. The building is highlighted with stucco border trim. The dwelling compliments the adjacent property which is of similar design.
