STATEMENT OF HERITAGE SIGNIFICANCE
Architecture/Environment:
The single storey brick building has a low gable iron roof with a front verandah supported by wooden posts. Of note are the decorative wooden brackets supporting the eaves. Two squat chimneys protrude form the roof with vertical and horizontal brick relief.
History:
One of the first dwellings in Cadell Street. Built by WH Gunn, being one of three brick houses for his family. It was later the residence of WB Crang an active member of the local community.
Recommendation:
Conservation by inclusion within Local Environmental Plan.
