STATEMENT OF HERITAGE SIGNIFICANCE
Architecture/Environment:
A two storey masonry structure with an upper level timber balcony decorated with a timber paling balustrade. Wooden brackets adorn the timber verandah supports. The attractive ground level window casements have coloured glass central panels. The facade, upper storey and lower front were constructed in 1925. Only a small rear portion of the hotel is representative of the original single storey hotel building (construction date unknown).
