STATEMENT OF HERITAGE SIGNIFICANCE
Architecture/Environment:
A weatherboard dwelling with high gambrel roof extending over a wrap around verandah supported by turned timber posts. Valance boards decorate the verandah. The dwelling is typical of others located in Sandwych Street and the upgraded facade demonstrates the possible improvements available to other similar dwellings in Wentworth.
