STATEMENT OF HERITAGE SIGNIFICANCE
Architecture/Environment:
A single storey weatherboard dwelling with a hip, iron clad roof. A separate bull nose roof covers a wrap around verandah which is supported by turned wooden posts. The verandah flooring has been removed and replaced by brick paving. The doorway has a wooden casement with top and side lights. The verandah roofing style is not common in the district. The facade is an important addition to the character of Sandwych Street which has a number of similar dwellings.
