STATEMENT OF HERITAGE SIGNIFICANCE
Architecture/Environment:
The brick dwelling has a long bull nose verandah supported by turned wooden posts. The front doorway has decorative timber casing with top and side lights. The building is largely hidden from view by a tall fence. The dwelling provides an attractive addition to the commercial focus of the township.

Maintenance of facade in existing form. Encourage lowering of fence.
