STATEMENT OF HERITAGE SIGNIFICANCE
Architecture/Environment:
A villa with stuccoed exterior and return verandah supported by timber posts decorated with wooden brackets. A small louvered gable is a feature of the gambrel iron roof. The dwelling has been modified by a rear extension and a built in addition of the front verandah clad with weatherboard. Remnants of the original garden exists but are poorly maintained. The dwelling appears to require structural maintenance. This is the only villa style dwelling in Wentworth.
History:
Recommendation:
Encourage structural upgrading; building and garden maintenance; reinstatement of verandah to original form.
