| Council Business PaperThe Business Paper will only be available from Council offices on the Monday prior to the Council meeting. No part of the Business Paper or comments thereof can be published in any form prior to 12 noon on the day of the Council Meeting. Members of the public wishing to register issues or contribute on matters contained in the Council business paper or matters of a general nature are invited to lodge a Registration Form with the Executive Assistant to the General Manager prior to noon on the Monday preceding the Council Meeting and then attend at the location for the council meeting half an hour prior to the schedule commencement time for the Council Meeting. It is suggested that members of the public review council’s policy CP107 prior to the meeting to familiarise themselves with the appropriate procedures. You will find the policy here.
