Tai Chi for Wellness Classes

Tai Chi is a gentle Chinese exercise that is practised around the world.

Tai Chi is suitable for people of all ages. You just need to wear loose, comfortable clothing.

FREE Tai Chi for Wellness Classes are held at 12.30pm and 1.00pm every Wednesday at the Wentworth Library.
