| 2006 Organisational ReviewThis Organisational Review embarked upon by Council in 2006 has resulted in a comprehensive document highlighting areas for improvement and has flagged a collective approach to implementing the 42 recommendations contained therein. Councillors, management and staff are currently in the phase of developing strategies and will move on shortly to the implementation phase. The implementation phase will take into account resource levels, current service demands and will always look at the bottom line of value for money. Any comments on the Review can be forwarded to the General Manager. The document is available for perusal by the community and has been placed here:
